THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

We had such a wonderful turnout of people Saturday for our last day of service. To those of you who just stopped by to say goodbye, we appreciate you so much. To those who dined with us, thank you for your patience, your wonderful stories and your support. To the folks and family who helped us out of the kindness of your heart that day, you are rockstars and words cannot express how grateful we are. To everyone who has commented on posts and left messages, I promise you we’ve read them all and they fill our hearts with joy.

We are full of emotions during this time and we just cannot express enough how thankful we truly are for all of you. To the staff we’ve had along the way, and the guests we’ve served, you are amazing and appreciated. We wish nothing more than to be able to continue this journey on the hill, but our time has sadly come to an end. Continue to eat good food, good drinks and have good conversation ✨ Bye for now.

Hello folks,
As some of you may have heard, Birch & Vine will sadly be closing. This restaurant was formed 3 years ago with one goal in mind: to be a welcoming place where anyone can come enjoy good food, good drinks, and good conversation. Though we truly wish Birch & Vine could have had many more years, we can at least happily leave this adventure knowing we achieved that goal in the short time we were here. Thank you so much for the support you’ve given us these last 3 years, we appreciate you more than you know.

It may seem sudden to say for the folks who were not aware of this closing, but today, Saturday the 11th, will be our last day open. This decision was not made lightly. We wish we could have more days but we unfortunately cannot produce the excellent service you deserve with the amount of staff we currently have left. Please give us grace today as we are attempting to run our food out and have limited folks working. We’ve loved hearing about your experiences with our restaurant over the years and we so thank you for the kind words we’ve been given these last few weeks.

Have a lovely Saturday, we look forward to serving you one last time today. ✨
