Memorial Day Weekend is SLIDER WEEKEND at Murphy's Island/Country Crafted Food Truck, We grind our own brisket, then patty, season and smoke slider size burgers for an incredible unique burger experience! Also try our salt and pepper smoked chicken sliders, both served with amazing full flavored tomatoes from Dan's Fresh and Local market on the same property!

Hello Everyone! Murphy's Island and Country Crafted Food Truck is open for business. We have a new menu including toasted hoagies: Brisket French Dip, Smoked Chicken Club, Sous Vide cooked Ribeye with Peppers, Onions and Provolone Cheese.
