🧾 Vetting Update: Standard vs Advanced
This week we formally defined two vetting levels to better match real-world event requirements:

Standard Vetting
✔ Overall the Truck is a good fit for spacecoast.food
✔ Signed User Agreement
✔ Current License verification
✔ Current Insurance on file (General Liability COI)
✔ Current Passing Food Safety Inspection
✔ Onboarding/Vetting Fee Satisfied

Advanced Vetting
✔ Everything in Standard
✔ Commissary documentation (if required)
✔ Venue-specific requirements (schools, large festivals, other formal locations, etc.)

Why this matters:
Not every event needs the same paperwork — and trucks shouldn’t be blocked from good opportunities unnecessarily.
