I don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am. Thank you for showing up, supporting me, laughing with me, waiting in line, sharing my posts, and making Anchorage Grill feel like so much more than a food truck.

I’m going to miss our daily conversations, seeing the dolphins with you, and serving this amazing community.

Thank you for letting me be a small part of your lives. I’ll carry these memories with me forever.

💙 A Little Bit of Bittersweet News 💙

After an incredible journey, this Monday will be my last day at Anchorage Grill.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who has stopped by the truck. Whether you were one of my amazing regulars, a first-time visitor, a local, a tourist, or one of the many boaters who found us by the river, you’ve made this experience something I’ll never forget.

It’s been an absolute privilege to cook for this community, watch families gather around the picnic tables, meet so many wonderful people, and serve food with a view that’s hard to beat. The friendships, conversations, laughs, and support you’ve shown me over the past year have meant more than words can express.

I’ve been given an opportunity to take the next step in my career, and while I’m excited for what’s ahead, leaving all of you is definitely bittersweet.
