THE BUZZ IS BACK. 🐝☕️

A few years ago, we got our hands on a microlot of organic honey-process coffee from Honduras, and it developed a bit of a cult following.

Now it’s back—but only for a very limited run.

These beans come from a group of female coffee producers within the COMSA organization in Marcala, Honduras. The initiative helps farmers diversify their farms beyond coffee, creating more sustainable and dependable sources of income.

And no, “honey process” does not mean the beans are coated or cured in honey….
It refers to the way part of the coffee fruit is left on the bean while it dries, creating a sticky, naturally sweet layer that helps develop more flavor.

We light roast it to bring out notes of:
Cane Sugar, Cherry & Peach
Bright, naturally sweet, and anything but boring.

We were only able to secure 10 bags, so once they’re gone, The Buzz is gone.
