Independent bottlings are different. These are small-lot Scotch releases chosen from individual casks, bottled in limited quantities, and often impossible to replace once sold through. This tasting gives you the chance to experience four very different sides of Scotland from bottlers who specialize in finding character, rarity, and surprise. The most bottles from these four casks is 271, showing how exclusive these scotches are.

On Saturday, June 6th in The Cellars, we’re opening four limited Scotch releases from two respected independent bottlers: The ImpEx Collection and Single Cask Nation. These are not everyday bottles. They are small-production, independent bottlings selected for character, individuality, and the kind of personality you only get when a whisky is allowed to speak from a specific cask.

This tasting is built for Scotch drinkers who love discovery. We’ll explore two elegant single malts from The ImpEx Collection, including a Teaninich 14 Year and Linkwood 17 Year, alongside two new releases from Single Cask Nation, including a bold Williamson 9 Year from Islay and a mature Linkwood 18 Year release.

Independent bottlings are one of the most exciting parts of the Scotch world because they often show familiar distilleries in unfamiliar ways. Different casks. Different strengths. Different personalities. No mass-market smoothing. No endless supply. Just distinctive whisky selected because it has something worth saying.

On June 7th from 1:00-3:00 PM in The Cellars, we invite you to join us for Red, Delicious, and Old vintage wine tasting, built around mature red wines from respected producers in Napa, Sonoma, and Argentina. This is a chance to taste four bottles with age, pedigree, and real conversation value, including Napa Cabernet, Alexander Valley Cabernet, and two serious Mendoza reds from Argentina (including that 100 pointer).
