We are closing for summer vacation! Our vacation falls a little differently from other years, so pay close attention! 😉
CLOSED: FRIDAY JUNE 26th THRU MONDAY JULY 13th!

That makes tomorrow, Thursday June 25th, our last day open before break!
Stop by to see us and grab any last minute hoagie fixes you may need!

Just a quick update/announcement...

We will be CLOSED, MONDAY MAY 4, 2026 as we attend and celebrate the graduation of our oldest son, Don III, from the University of Florida!

We will reopen Tuesday, May 5, at 10am!
We appreciate, and thank you for your understanding!
We are so very proud of Donnie, and cannot believe how quickly the past 4 years have flown by!

MERRY CHRISTMAS and Happy Blessed New Year!!!

We are closed for our annual Winter vacation/break!
Closed Monday 12/22/25 through 1/5/26, and reopening TUESDAY, Jan 6, 2026!!
A full 2 weeks to rest our buns, because we knead the break!

Every single year when we close the shop, we quietly turn off the lights, peacefully lock the doors and walk away feeling so many things! But always at the top of the list is gratitude and thankfulness! We have been so very blessed to be able to serve you all, and create such amazing relationships with you!
This past November marked 39 years in this location! So that means this coming November of '26, will be our 40th year in business here in Melbourne!! What an amazing blessing that is, and we do not take that lightly! We appreciate you so much, and we love you! ♥️
We pray that you have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a beautiful and blessed New Year!
