Culinary highlight of Grouper Rockefeller! Pan seared 7 oz grouper filet, topped with red pepper Parmesan crust. It’s layered over a smoky bacon risotto & wilted spinach and is finished with an oyster cream sauce. The dish is accented with a single Oyster Rockefeller. 👨‍🍳🐟🦪🍽️
