THREE MORE DAYS! ☕️
We can hardly believe it, but we are wrapping up our 2026 season in three short day.
We’ve been SO lucky to have the most incredible help this summer. Our team has poured so much into Hatlee & Brae, and as many of our sweet employees have headed back to school and college, we’ve made the decision to close for the season rather than stretch our team too thin.
We want to keep the service, quality, and experience you’ve come to expect from us high, and we feel this is the best way to do that.
For this last weekend, we’ll be shifting our focus to the Farmhouse Cafe while also sneaking away to cheer on our granddaughters in their activities because those moments matter so much to us, too.

So if you’ve been meaning to stop in for one last coffee, fresh squeezed lemonade,
crafted soda, sweet treat, or your Hatlee & Brae ice cream favorite… THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

Sorry, our hands have been a little full lately in ALL the best ways. ✨

Along with scooping up your favorite ice cream selections and making sure the coffee drinks are continually flowing, we’ve been busy mixing, pouring, taste testing, and working to reopen our little corner space of our little business block out here in the Badlands - with all your favorites AND some new fun items we can’t wait for you to try.
From our signature soda sips to fresh-squeezed lemonades and our brand new açaí bowls made just right - it’s everything you’ve loved, plus a little more.
Thanks for your patience while we kept our hands busy. Come on over and see what we’ve been holding onto.
