Happy Wednesday!!

It’s been a flurry of activity around here this summer, both in the cafe and behind the scenes. As a team, we are finalizing our AUTUMN menu, and Aubrey is excited to continue bagel orders by the half dozen (https://harthousehotel.square.site/bagel-order-form). Up front, we are wishing both Evelyn and Tatianna the best as they move on to the next chapter, and we’re always on the lookout for new team members to join us at Hart!

Hart & Soul | Evelyn

Born and raised right here in Medina, Evelyn is a familiar face around town, and for almost a year now, at Factory Espresso, too.

Behind the counter, Evelyn brings a welcoming presence, knows plenty of our regulars, and has gotten seriously good at latte art along the way.

Right now, Evelyn is also working toward a longtime goal of joining the USPS. While that may mean our time together at Hart isn’t forever, we’re grateful for this chapter, and glad Hart gets to be a small part of the story.

Thank you for all you do, Evelyn, your Hart family appreciates you!

Happy Wednesday, friends! We are so excited to introduce Aubrey’s pre-order bagels by the half dozen, now live on our online store. Choose between plain, jalapeño cheddar, everything, or garlic Parmesan, and select your pickup day and time at checkout.

While you’re at it, we would love if you would give us a vote as we were nominated for best cafe in the GLOW region! Happy Saturday, Medina! The market is right next door and the sun is shining, a perfect day to walk. If you haven’t done the Medina Triennial , grab a coffee and meander around town to enjoy the art! Or grab a seat on the patio and have a boozy lunch at Shirt Factory before cocktails and dinner kicks off at 3pm. Have the best day, friends.

Happy Tuesday, friends! First, we will be OPEN on July 4th with both coffee and kitchen! So plan on swinging by with friends before festivities and fireworks later 🙂
Today, kitchen ONLY will be closing one hour early at 1pm, but until then we are here for breakfast and lunch and would love to prepare any of our seasonal plates (pictured: Whipped Ricotta Toast, featuring Aubrey’s house pesto bread).
As you know, it’s going to be super hot this week, so if you’re out and about make sure to stay hydrated and check on those around you who might need support. Have a lovely day, all, and stay cool!

Happy Memorial Day! This day and every day, we are so grateful for those who gave their lives for the protection of our country. We hope you all enjoy this day of honor and celebration with friends and family.

The team is here and we are open until 2pm today with drinks and fresh baked goods! Riley even put together a special for the day to help celebrate the American spirit! Raspberry/Blackberry/green tea/coconut milk layered in red white and blue 👍🏻 Hope to see you all in downtown Medina for the parade!
