THAT’S A WRAP AT Ashtabula Rib Burn-Off!

The weather was rainy, windy & cold — but that didn’t stop us!
And we’re heading home with some new hardware:

🏆 1st Place — People’s Choice Ribs
🥈 2nd Place — Judges’ Choice Ribs

We put our ribs up against some damn good BBQ, and whether it was the people’s vote or the judges’ table, Swine BBQ showed up!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stood in the rain, braved the wind, grabbed some ribs, and voted for us. You’re the reason we keep doing this!

And to our crew — thank you for grinding through one of the nastiest weekends we’ve had. You never quit. 👊

Next stop...BBQ on the River in Paducah, Kentucky. Let’s finish this season strong!

**LAST-MINUTE CREW NEEDED — PADUCAH, KY!**

Swine BBQ is heading to **Paducah, Kentucky** for BBQ on the River and we’re **short one crew member**!

We’re looking for **ONE dependable person** to join our team for this trip.

**Leave:** Tuesday, September 22 at 6:00 AM
**Return:** Sunday, September 27 — early evening
**Destination:** Paducah, KY

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:**
• **setup & tear-down**
• Food prep & cooking
• Serving customers
• Running the register
• Keeping the booth clean & stocked
• Loading & unloading equipment and supplies
• General festival/concession work
• Whatever needs to be done to keep the operation moving

**PAID POSITION**
• Great cash pay
• **Tips**
• **Lodging provided**
• **Meals provided**

**THIS IS NOT EASY WORK!** Festival days can run **10–12+ hours**, and setup/tear-down involves physical work, lifting, loading and unloading. We need someone dependable who can work hard, stay positive, and be part of a team.

**Experience is NOT required.**

The smoke is rolling, and Swine BBQ is hitting the road for the final big stops of our festival season!

Then we’re loading up the trailers and heading south!

After these two big events, we’ll still be out and about serving up your BBQ favorites at smaller local events, pop-ups, and community gatherings with our concession trailer and food truck!

So there’s still plenty of chances to get your Swine BBQ fix!
