Due to changes in circumstances and exciting new life opportunities we have permanently closed English Offerings.
We want to thank you all for your support, not only have you been incredible customers but many of you have become wonderful friends over the past 3 years.
You saw us through the covid years and you continued to come out every weekend to show us love and appreciation for our food, which in turn we will be forever grateful for.
Your overwhelming support for our small business made this decision extremely difficult - we never imagined it would grow to be so popular. However, we are excited for the next chapter in our lives together.
So once again, THANK YOU for allowing us to cook for you.
We will miss you.

Your votes decided…. Leek and Potato Soup is the weekend special! Just look at it 😍 This is my favourite part of cooking. You buy simple, fresh, great quality ingredients. Treat them simply with love and they turn into something special 🌟
This is available cold ready for you to reheat at your convenience. 12oz bowl portion $7.
We also FINALLY have our plain Scones with our fresh, homemade clotted cream and imported Tiptree Strawberry preserve available! 🥳
It’s getting cold outside, but our food will warm you up!

What a wonderful weekend! It was great to see so many familiar faces with a lot of new ones too.
We just want to say thank you to all of you. We know our hours are not ideal and can be sporadic at times, but still you show us so much love and come out to support us - which we do not take for granted.
We really do appreciate every single one of you ❤️

Remember, remember the 5th of November because we are baaaaaaaack! With a new winter menu to warm your cockles ❄️ Check it out and place your order for this weekend via our website or give us a call from 12pm tomorrow!
Also, after a very close vote we have a special scone flavour this weekend… The winner is: Chocolate Chip scone served with Chocolate spread, available Saturday and Sunday! Don’t worry, I plan on making the pumpkin spice ones next weekend. *We will have no plain scones this week as I couldn’t get the particular cream we need to make the clotted cream.

It looks like Autumn is here 😒 We have A LOT of goodies for you this weekend to feed those fall feelings!
🍁Available Saturday AND Sunday🍁 (or until sold out) Cream of Potato and Cheddar Soup. Potatoes, imported Welsh cheddar cheese, onion, carrots, celery and garlic roughly blended with stock and cream to create a creamy, thick , comforting soup. They are $7 for a 12oz ’bowl’ portion and is only available cold, ready for you to reheat and your convenience.

Individual ‘hand’ style Apple Pies. Fresh, sweet juicy apples encased in our ‘homemade’ sweet pastry, with and extra sprinkling of sugar on top - The same as last time, they DO NOT include cinnamon or any spice. Just pure apple goodness!
They are $6.50 each and are available hot ready to eat or cold, fully cooked, ready to reheat.
Again, as always we make as many as we physically can but sadly it may not be enough, for this reason preordering is HIGHLY recommended to not miss out on your chosen items.

Brilliant 🤣

A funny and true story about the Queen:
Around 2005, the Queen and her Personal Protection Officer, Dick Griffin, were walking alone one afternoon in the hills near the Scottish royal castle, Balmoral.
Two tourists approached them, and engaged in conversation. Griffin recalls:
"There were two hikers coming towards us, and the Queen would always stop and say hello.
"They were two Americans on a walking holiday.
"It was clear from the moment we stopped that they hadn't recognised the Queen, which was fine.
"The American gentleman was telling the Queen where they came from, where they were going next, and where they'd been in Britain.
"I could see it coming, and sure enough, he said to Her Majesty: 'And where do you live?'
"She replied: 'Well I live in London, but I've got a holiday home just the other side of the hills.'
"He said: 'How long have you been coming up here?'
"She replied: 'I've been coming up here ever since I was a little girl, so over 80 years.'
"You could see the cogs whirring, so he said: 'Well, if you've been coming up here for over 80 years, you must have met the Queen.'
"Quick as a flash, she said: 'I haven't, but Dick here meets her regularly.'
The hiker then asked Griffin what the monarch was like in person.
"Because I was with her a long time, and I knew I could pull her leg, I said: 'Oh, she can be very cantankerous at times, but she's got a lovely sense of humour.'
"The next thing I knew, this guy comes round, puts his arm around my shoulder, and before I could see what was happening, he gets his camera, GIVES IT TO THE QUEEN, and says: 'Can you take a picture of the two of us?'
"Then we swapped places, and I TOOK A PICTURE OF THEM WITH THE QUEEN.
"And we never let on, and we waved goodbye.
"Afterwards, Her Majesty said to me: 'I'd love to be a fly on the wall when he shows those photographs to his friends in America, and hopefully someone tells him who I am'."

We are back from the most wonderful trip to England! 🥰 That means we are inspired and raring to go 😆
With the recent sad events I wanted to go traditional for this weekends Sunday Special, and what is more traditional than Apple Pie! 🍎
Yes, they are back! (After selling out in a blink of an eye last time).
Individual ‘hand’ style Apple Pies. Fresh, sweet, juicy apples encased in our ‘homemade’ sweet pastry, with and extra sprinkling of sugar on top. I have gone truly British this time and have NOT included cinnamon or any spice. These are just like the one I had in England last week…. Pure apple goodness!
They are $6.50 each and are available hot ready to eat or cold, fully cooked, ready to reheat.
I am planning to make as many as I physically can but judging from last time preordering is HIGHLY recommended to not miss out on these beauties.
