Dear Customers,

First, Thank You for sharing your pictures, experiences and well wishes in the initial FaceBook post. In addition, thank you to everyone who visited the restaurant in the last few weeks to share kind words with me and the rest of the staff. It has truly been an honor for Tiki Island to have been a common place that kindled so many fond memories with everyone and their families over the years. It has been absolutely a pleasure serving you all. However, we now have an established closing date.

The last day of business is 10/14/2023 (Saturday)

During the time between now and then; we may need to temporarily utilize a shortened menu in order to offload the staff. The limited menu includes all of our most popular items; but a component that many may find disappointing is the exclusion of combination plates. We understand the frustration this may cause, but it is a precaution we must consider. It is to keep the staff, especially our limited kitchen staff from burnout due to the demand in the upcoming days. We will try our hardest to maintain a full menu during weekdays.

Once again, we truly value your business over the 40 years. Please standby for possible updates in the next few days.

Dear Customers,

For the past 40 years, we at Tiki Island Restaurant have had the pleasure of serving our great customers. We are very grateful to have everyone be a part of our journey. Together, we cooked up a lot of fun and sweet memories with many of you. Thank you for the support which has kept us successful from Day One!

However, running a restaurant is a very challenging job which demands a lot of attention and efforts to sustain.

Although the business is going strong, it is a bittersweet decision that we have decided to retire. Official closing date has not been finalized but is expected to be within the month or sooner. The restaurant will be handed to new ownership.

Once again, we truly value your business over the 40 years. It’s been absolutely a pleasure serving you all.

Today we will be open for takeout only. We have many orders lined up throughout the day. We do not offer combination plates and platters, only a limited menu on our website link below. To streamline the ordering process, we recommend customers to call in final orders.

Please have whoever is picking up the order remember the exact NAME and PICK UP TIME. Please only enter the restaurant at the pick up time. We only have one working card processer so cash payment would be greatly appreciated. - Thanks
