Welcome to our Soft Opening Phase! 🌟
Want an early look? We are officially running one night only Live Practice Phase before our public Grand Opening.
What to expect: You get to be part of the inner circle helping us fine-tune our concept! We will be operating with a scaled-back, limited menu so our kitchen and front-of-house teams can practice in real-time. For this phase, our team is focusing heavily on executing our entrees and pastas such as Koji Salmon, Miso Carbonara, Mentaiko Alfredo and more!
Because our staff is actively training, things will move at a slower, more deliberate pace. Thank you for your incredible patience and support as you help our team practice their way to perfection!
