Incredibly thankful for the overwhelming response.
Currently availability:
Friday 4:45PM- all six seats availabe
Friday 7:00PM- all six seats available
Saturday and Sunday are all SOLD OUT.

With that out of the way.. I am super excited and proud to announce our first Special Guest.
My dear friend Sean-Paul Leonano will be joining us for all three days as our Guest Bartender.
Sean-Paul has over nine years of experience in the industry, having worked as a bartender at some notable establishments around the area including- Bohemian Bar and Bistro, Taroko, The Jacksonville Inn, and most recently The Historic McCully House for which he was recently featured in Forbes Magazine as part of their "13 Summer Martinis To Sip On National Martini Day" article.
Sean-Paul will be masterfully curating your complimentary wine and spirits pairing experience, expect nothing short of excellence.

Dates/Times:
•Friday, November 14th, two seatings of six people at 4:45pm and 7:00pm

•Saturday, November 15th, two seatings of six people at 4:45pm, and 7:00pm

•Sunday, November 16th, two seatings of six people at 4:45pm, and 7:00pm, followed by Roku Supper Club "Send Off" afterparty starting at 9:00pm.

I absolutely cannot wait for this, I want to make sure everyone attending has a super great and unforgettable experience, so please keep in mind the following:

•Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
•No seats will be "held" or "saved" without pre- purchase of tickets.
•Tickets are non-refundable, though transferring them to someone else is ok in the event that you are unable to attend.
•Date/Seating time is final once tickets are purchased, no swapping dates/times will be permitted.
•For attendance to Sunday's "After-party" please include RSVP in your reservation request, anyone who purchased tickets for any of the three days is welcome to attend at no additional charge, unfortunately additional guests who did not attend are not permitted.
•Once all three dates are completely sold out, In the event of a complete cancelation, seats will be offered once again on a first come first serve basis to those who were unable to secure a reservation.
•Minor dietary restrictions can be accommodated with enough ahead of time notice, major allergies like Shellfish, Dairy, Nuts, etc.. unfortunately will not be able to be accommodated/substituted.

•Seating times/Capacity- as always two seatings of six people per day, with the seating times being 4:45pm and 7:00pm.

•Location- All three days will be held at Rogue Roasters Coffee in Grants Pass.. located at 610 SW 6th Street.

•Price- $150/person, this includes a six course tasting menu, complimentary wine and spirits pairing, a complimentary gift bag with a lot of really cool/meaningful RSC novelties, a small individual saké and saké drinking cup, and a commemorative menu/thank you card signed by all the special guests and I.

•Reservations- I will begin accepting reservations on Sunday, September 6th, via email- [email protected]
And through my personal cellphone number- 541-227-1146.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis, I will not be able to "hold" seats without pre-purchase, and most importantly due to the planning and all the logistics involved for these last RSC events, tickets will be NON- REFUNDABLE.. Once again from the bottom of my heart and with every fiber of my soul, I would like to thank every single person that has ever attended a RSC date, from November 5th, 2023 to now, even if it was just one time.. your support has allowed me to be able to have an outlet from which to make a living, but most importantly to be able to do what I love and live out my dreams.
I really can't thank you enough for all the support and encouragement, I will cherish all the smiles and all the good times forever.

If you'd like to join us one last time so that we can give Roku Supper Club a proper send off, I would be honored and incredibly grateful to have you.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported this/me along the way.
Last of the ALL SUSHI "series" and also the last pop up for the summer, in a bittersweet way I'm really looking forward to the "Farewell to Roku Supper Club" pop ups in November... more info in that regard coming soon, I have a lot of super rad surprises for anyone who would like to join us.

It is with an immense sense of gratitude that I announce to you the closing of this chapter, I'd like to keep it brief for the sake of simplicity, so for now all I can say is Thank You, so so so so so incredibly very super much to all of you.
We don't have to say goodbye just yet, so I'll put a pin on this for now.
For now... if you'd like to join me and some very special friends in giving Roku Supper Club a proper send off, I'd be extremely thankful and incredibly happy to have you.

Was such a fun time, thank you so much to everyone who made it out, even if you only got one thing that's more than we could have asked for, and big shoutout to the peeps who got EVERYTHING on the menu 🙌🙌🙌
Most importantly, thank you so so much Patrick Hoadley and Misti Hoadley for opening the doors to your space to me and letting me have the chance to do something super fun.
Looking forward to working with you guys again in the future.

Roku Supper Club X Guest Chef Daniel Russell 4th of July inspired Japanese BBQ Omakase.
1. Haiku course: •Luna Bella Oyster w/ Santa Barbara uni, osetra caviar, soy and lemon. •Japanese potato salad w/ saké cured ikura. •Watermelon three ways- smoked and compressed w/ Watermelon balsamic gastrique.
2. "Grilled Chicken": misoyaki chicken thigh yakitori, chicken thigh marinated in miso, saké, mirin, garlic, and ginger, cook on skewer, served off skewer w/ Yuzukosho, togarashi, and curly leeks.
3. "BBQ Pork": pork chop karaage served w/ roasted garlic Japanese style BBQ sauce, cabbage and touch of lemon juice.
4. "Burgers and Dogs": •75% chuck and 25% wagyu fat slider with house made kimchi furikake brioche bun, togarashi truffle aioli w/ chili crunchy garlic, confit tomatoes and pickled red onion, medium cheddar. • Taylor Sausage smoked bratwurst dog, cooked with sapporo and butter, served w/ shish*to pepper relish, miso mustard, pickled red onions, cherry tomatoes, osetra caviar, on house made brioche hoagie, paired with Japanese yam chips.
5. "Strawberry shortcake": sponge cake round(at the very bottom), soy sauce ice cream, compressed strawberries in mirin and Thai basil, stabilized whipped cream, dandelion petals.

Thank you to everyone that came out, it was a fun change of pace from the usual sushi function, it was so much fun being able to do a playful but also elegant take on 4th of July BBQ food.
Daniel had a great time and he's just so great to work with, we're so stoked with how everything turned out.

Regarding Roku Supper Club All Sushi Omakase
As it stands, Sunday, August 3rd is SOLD OUT.
Due to demand, I have added a second date for-
Sunday, August 17th.
NO HOT FOOD
•Six course extended sushi menu.(includes Haiku course- 3pc seasonal appetizer, and Dēzato course- seasonal house made dessert)
•Complimentary wine/spirits pairing.
•Two seatings of six people- 5:00PM & 7:00PM
•$135/Person.
REMINDER: this will be the last RSC for the remainder of the summer until NOVEMBER(the last RSC pop ups forever)
