*****5 Scenic Ave, Ashland*******parking is limited in this area on one side of the street. There are stairs to traverse to get to the house. Please be careful and bring family and friends if you cannot make the stairs…The view is gorgeous once you do. Lots of great sale items. We will line up at the top on the deck to get in.

Everything must go. Camping gear, outdoor items including a Traeger, avocado brand beds, high end tools, wood working shop tools, books, musical instruments, dressers, clothing and more. VW Eurovan weekender edition, fully loaded and runs exceptionally well with a clean title ready to go.

This home is located in the hills above Lithia Park, there are a good number of stairs, please bring assistance with the stairs and other items if needed.
