The amazing , my very own special someone ❣️is consistently and tirelessly looking after me in every way he can. The nurturing love acts and the dedication is staggering - something I hardly can express, as I get a little choked up about it. It’s not just expressed through the amazingly delicious and nutritious meals he always provides me with. Okay, oversharing here a bit making it a little awkward for my super private self… I just actually opened up IG to share a pic of the breakfast he made me - don’t know what got into me, lol😂😁☺️. It’s a flour, -less filled with a hash of cauliflower, yams and red pepper, topped with avocado and fresh pico de gallo… super delicious! And just to be clear, no, we don’t have this on the menu at Melange now… nope ! It was just my breakfast today.

Many thanks to all the participants who made it to the class last night in spite of the snowy conditions. We had lots of fun learning about and sampling curried kohlrabi, taro patties, New Mexico pinto beans and muesli. Our March class will cover Asian food and registration is now open for it!
