We're celebrating with one of our crowd favorites: Buttercloud Mac & Cheese!

We make ours with a creamy, cheesy sauce made from smoky Tillamook cheddar and smoked Gouda, then top it with buttery biscuit crumbs and a little oregano before toasting it until golden and crispy

Want to change things up? Try our Hot & Loaded Mac, with roasted poblanos, chipotles and adobo sauce mixed in for a little extra heat and smokiness.

And if you're really hungry, you can top either version with our chipotle-porter pulled pork or house-smoked brisket.

Forks & Friends kicks off today, and we've got three specials ready for you at Buttercloud.

Hot-smoked salmon, poached eggs, fresh dill, arugula and our smoked cheddar “hollendaise” on a split Buttercloud biscuit, finished with capers, pickled red onion and lemon zest.

𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝, 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙨!

October has arrived, and our bakery case is getting packed full of those great fall flavors!

𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
A super moist apple cake packed with cinnamon, cloves, ginger and a little rum, layered and covered with maple cream cheese frosting, then finished with cinnamon sugar and candied walnuts.

𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝘀
Pumpkin cookie layers with a fresh vanilla nutmeg filling. Simple, seasonal and very hard to resist.

𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲
Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this one has a chocolate-cinnamon crumb crust, chocolate-cinnamon cream cheese filling and a chocolate ganache topping.

They're here for October, so come by and try one before the month gets away from us! All three will also be featured this month at the new Buttercloud Coffeehouse in Central Point!

We know we're a couple days late. Things have been a little busy around here!

But we've got two customer favorites back on the Specials menu, and we think they're worth the wait.

𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲
Warm, cozy and full of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove and allspice, with just the right touch of brown sugar sweetness. Pretty much it's fall in a cup.

𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗿𝘆 & 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵
Local pears, our buttermilk marinated chicken, caramelized onions, Rogue Creamery lavender cheddar and arugula. This one is always a favorite when the pears come in.

The Fall Spiced Latte will be around until winter officially arrives.

The Poultry & Pear will stick around as long as our local pears do!

𝘾𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜!

Our cinnamon twists start with soft, buttery dough layered with a rich cinnamon filling, then they're twisted up and baked until golden, with those delicious cinnamon-y edges getting a little caramelized along the way.

Once they're out of the oven, we finish them with a generous drizzle of icing across the top.

They're soft, buttery, cinnamon-y, and really, really good with an espresso.

After selling out early the past few days, we've got pretty good sized batch in the Medford bakery case this morning, so come grab one while they're here!

It took a little longer than we'd hoped, but our new Central Point 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 will officially open tomorrow morning!

The doors open at 7am, and we couldn't be more excited to finally welcome you in. We’ve been busy getting everything ready, and there’s a lot of Buttercloud goodness waiting for you. Expect coffee, espresso drinks, fresh pastries, biscuits, a few Buttercloud food favorites, and some new things we’ve been working on just for the Coffeehouse.
