Hello friends!

Hope you’re enjoying the turn of the season as the summer solstice is now upon us!

I just wanted to jump on here to share a quick update about The Wild Sunflower! 🌻

It turns out that the spot we had hoped to move to in Ashland did not pan out after all. We had been given two thumbs up-green light from this business. So we waited and waited, but ended up getting strung along, with all of our vegan eggs in that basket, so to speak.

We are now back to the drawing board seeking a spot to have a weekly business location in Ashland. However, we have been seeking to find weekend events to participate in!

The events we have coming up on the summer calendar so far are June 27th, at the Talent Artisans and Growers Market, in Talent, OR, from 5:30-8PM. Then the next day, June 28th at Medford Pride at Rogue X in Medford, OR, from 12-6PM.

I will be making some event pages for those events, and will be sharing the menus for each of these events there.

Please stay tuned for event page invitations, any updates, and new calendar dates that we add!

Hope to see you all somewhere, sometime this summer!

The Wild Sunflower is set up at the Belleview Grange in Ashland today! Come by for some delicious organic vegan Roman style pizza, focaccia sandwiches, creamy tomato basil soup, balsamic vinaigrette salad, refreshing beverages, and yummy desserts! We will be here until the Southern Oregon Zine Fest is over at 4PM. But, if you are interested in coming, and can’t make it by then, shoot us a comment or a message, and we will stick around for you for a little longer. We made lots of food, and were asked to come as the only food truck for this event. So I wasn’t too sure if I should spread the word outside of the event patrons. But we have lots of food, it turns out! We would love to see you!

Hi everyone!

Hope you’re all enjoying Spring! We have been busy seeking to establish our new location in Ashland, which has taken a bit longer than anticipated. But, we will be there soon! That announcement will be forthcoming.

Today I am excited to share the news that in one week we will be bringing The Wild Sunflower 🌻 up to the Eugene Veg Fest! Which is next Sunday, May 4th, from 10AM-4PM. At the Lane County Event Center.

Hello! I just wanted to inform anyone who might be looking for us this week at the Medford food truck pod, that we are not going to be at that location anymore, as we are making a move to a new location!

Originally, our plan was to be there this week. However, that was before I realized that I have a dermatologist appointment and procedure scheduled that I had forgotten about, and so I will be in a bit of a healing process, and won’t be available to do all of The Wild Sunflower food trailer things this week.

So, the plan now is to ramp up for our official Grand Opening at our new location

Please stay tuned for all the details to follow! Which I am thrilled to share with you all asap!

Thank you to everyone that we got to meet in our first month, and for being so patient with us during this soft opening time in Medford.
