Nothing is worse than someone taking a recipe you spent years perfecting, customizing it to the point where it doesn't even remotely resemble what you originally created, then taking one bite and saying, “Yeah, this isn't very good.” LMAO 🤣🤣

MY BROTHER IN CHRIST, YOU DESIGNED THAT DISASTER. 😂

You removed half the ingredients, substituted the other half, added three things that had absolutely no business being there, and somehow WE'RE the ones getting reviewed?! 😭

That's like ordering a Ferrari, replacing the engine with one from a lawn mower, and then complaining that it's slow. 🤣

Listen, we're always happy to customize your food exactly how you like it. That's part of what we do! But sometimes there's a reason certain ingredients go together.

Random Wednesday morning experiment:

Imagine we put an Amici time capsule in the ground today and we’re not allowed to open it again until 2046. 😳

Today Lauren and I decided to do something healthy and peaceful… we went hiking.

About 11 minutes in, I realized hiking is literally just walking somewhere inconvenient for absolutely no reason.

No motorcycle. No restaurant at the end. No pizza. Just trees, rocks, bugs, and Lauren saying, “Isn’t this beautiful?” while I’m 40 yards behind her fighting for my life on a hill that Google described as “moderate.”

At one point I heard something moving in the woods and immediately prepared myself for combat. Turns out it was a squirrel.

He won.

Then Lauren goes, “I think the view is right up here!”

It was not.

There was another hill.

At this point I had consumed half our water, questioned every decision I’ve made since immigrating to America, and started wondering if DoorDash would deliver a cheesesteak to GPS coordinates.

Eventually we made it to the scenic overlook and I’ll admit… it was beautiful.

Lauren stood there taking in nature.

I stood there wondering how the hell we were getting back to the truck.

10/10 quality time with my wife.

2/10 transportation system.

Next date we’re going somewhere with pavement. 😂
