To whom it may concern. It was brought to our attention this evening that there are people who feel we misrepresented ourselves in our gofundme. The donations we received were used for immediate store bills and personal needs during this crisis. We lost everything we had in the fire. We had full intentions of rebuilding but we fell short 130,000 dollars. The building was torn down today because it was a complete loss. We both are very sad about all that had happened. As of right now the store will not reopen because it’s disheartening to have to take out another morgage after we just got done paying the building off.
The last thing we want is for our long time patrons to feel slighted in any kind of way. With that being said if you feel that your donation was not put to good use, please send me a private message and we will do our best to get your money to you. We appreciate every single one of you more than words can ever express. Thank you for seeing us, for believing in us, and for being there. We truly appreciate all your love and support over the many years.
(As far as Alan goes, it’s disappointing to see how he still just loves to kick his brother when he is down)
