We cannot say enough wonderful things about Heidi & her team! From the planning process through the wedding day, they were professional, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely incredible. We had so many guests tell us it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. Every course was beautifully prepared, served hot, and full of flavor. It's not often that guests continue talking about the food long after the wedding, but ours certainly did. The service was equally outstanding. The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the evening. They were constantly checking on guests, clearing tables efficiently, and making sure everyone had what they needed without ever feeling intrusive. One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating Heidi was throughout the planning process. She were responsive to questions, flexible with details, and made us feel confident every step of the way. On the wedding day, they handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy celebrating with our family and friends. If you're looking for a caterer that delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and a truly stress-free experience, we wholeheartedly recommend them. They played a huge role in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be, and we are so grateful for their hard work.

Sometimes in the midst of these summer months, when it’s 99+ degrees outside and humidity levels unbearable, I question my ability (and sanity 😝) on why and how I am going to get it done! But because of my amazing, hardworking and dedicated staff who keep me going, we are able to accomplish such great events like the one we did last evening!

I am so thankful for them and for my clients!

I love all the reviews I get but this one makes me love my job even more!

Heidy Weirich and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Heidy created our entire menu over a simple phone call with my fiancé and me—she just asked what foods we loved and what we envisioned for our wedding, and she completely brought it to life. The result was food that felt uniquely ours and perfectly suited to our day. We had a lot of kids attending, and she thoughtfully included a kids’ buffet with mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, which was a huge hit. The food overall was phenomenal—so good that almost everyone went back for seconds. Guests are still talking about it. The bartenders were also fantastic—friendly, upbeat, and made me feel like an absolute princess throughout the entire day. They kept the energy positive and were so kind to everyone. Every single staff member was happy, kind, and truly a joy to be around—they did their jobs so well and added so much to the experience. Leading up to the wedding, Heidy was incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions. I never once felt like a burden—she answered everything quickly and with so much kindness. She truly runs the smoothest operation, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because I knew she had it handled. She also did my bridal shower, which was equally incredible, and guests raved about the food there too. She attended walkthroughs for both the shower and the wedding, and even when the venue staff wasn’t as accommodating as we hoped, she advocated for us and handled everything with so much grace and professionalism. As a special touch, she even took behind-the-scenes photos and videos for us, which ended up being one of the sweetest surprises of the whole day. We were so lucky to have her. And seriously—get the orzo salad. It’s the best thing I’ve ever had.
