Confections of a Cake Lover is a bakery that thrives on adding artistic flair to traditional cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and assorted pastries. We specialize in the edible medium of fondant, which is a pliable sugar-based dough that is not available among local commercial bakeries. We identify ourselves as a “cake artist” because we strive to create edible art that aims to enhance our client’s celebratory event. Our two mottoes are: Always from Scratch and Reach for the Customer’s Vision. It is important that our baked good are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Customer service is also of the utmost importance to us; we always strive to create the pastry that the customer wants (within good taste!) and take the time to communicate to our customers. With each specialty order that we receive, it is our personal goal to make a tasty and memorable pastry that the client and their guests will fondly remember for years to come. Morning vibes—first time out for a session so I whipped up this delicious bake! 🍓🧀 🍞 Made with brioche and strawberry maple syrup 🍁

Please note: These are the STANDARD SIZED whoopies all boxed up. The truck offers the $10 monster ones which can be purchased separately.

2) I will send you an invoice to pay 💰
3) Swing by downtown Meadville on Saturday, September 19th, anytime between 3:00-8:00 PM. I will be located at either the ARC Greenspace or near the old bakery spot on Chestnut. It’s weather dependent 🌞🌧️
4) Grab, go, find a quiet spot to enjoy and have a moment 🤤 🎃

Although these are BEST fresh within a 5 day timeframe, you can freeze and thaw if you need to! 🧡

THE FALL SCHEDULE**

**KINDA.

We are finalizing our locations for the remainder of the 2026 Treat Trailer season!
Falltime is the BEST TIME for our goodies---pumpkin whoopie pies, pumpkin cookie butter cheesecake, caramel apple cups...cannot wait!

We have pokers in the fire of a few events (as signified with a tentative (T) and blue star).

Next week we will be serving "Dessert for Breakfast" in the morning for Triple States Family Auction Services in Saegertown (unveiling a Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast Bake 🍓) followed by Women's Services Ladyfest in Downtown Meadville. Catch us at either of those events to grab yourself some pumpkin whoopie pies 🎃

There is a break at the end of September because I will be heading to Cancun for my travel agency training at a 5-star all-inclusive resort 😎🌞🌴 (Be sure to follow Live the List Travel Co. to see my adventures!)

Then when I get back.....things be gettin' real.

This is the first time attending Applefest in Franklin as a vendor--we are SO READY!

We will be sure to keep you all up to speed with where we are as well as what we are selling this fall and early winter 🧡
