Here is this weeks new flavor menu. Two new flavors to try and they are both amazing. The first is Pistachio with a hint of lemon. It so GOOD! I also made a peanut butter cup ice cream (that just happens to be vegan). It is peanut butter ice cream made from oat milk and has fudge ripple. You would never know that it isn't regular ice cream.

Filbert's Scoops and Hazel's W**e Shop are looking for a Manager to help lead our team and create the welcoming experience our customers have come to know and love.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm and organized in a busy environment, and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations.

🌟Responsibilities:

• Lead and support staff during daily operations
• Help train employees and maintain consistent service standards
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Oversee opening, closing, and shift responsibilities
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Help create a positive, reliable, and welcoming workplace
• Assist customers with w**e selections and confidently discuss w**e styles, regions, and pairings
• Work alongside the team wherever needed, including serving customers, scooping ice cream, stocking products, and keeping the shops organized

🌟Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant, café, food service, or hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of w**e required
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable making decisions
• Able to work independently while also being a supportive team leader
• Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Must be at least 21 years old

📆 Schedule: Approximately 25–35 hours per week.
