Good morning and happy Sunday everybody. We’ll have more planes in the sky today and beautiful food on your plates and as always locally sourced, made from scratch and served to you like its home. We’ll have that beautiful buttermilk waffle again today, heirloom tomatoes are all over the menu, quiche’s are delightful, and the baked goods are always to die for. Come on in and enjoy some local coffee, an amazing meal, and great company. Have an amazing Sunday everybody and we hope to see y’all soon.

What a great Friday! Busy all day, planes overhead, and a successful dinner service. Tomorrow there will be more planes in the sky and we are sponsoring two young entrepreneurs as they participate in the citywide lemonade stand. This is their 4th year and we so appreciate all your support and encouragement. They have so much fun.
We will have a buttermilk waffle w/caramelized peaches, house granola, raspberry coulis & champagne honey whip cream. Oh my😳

Dinner specials for this weekend are:

Pasta:
Handmade papperdelle pasta served with local tomato sauce, toasted fennel sausage & local peppers. Finished with parmesan cheese and garlic sourdough bread.

Entrée:
Eola Crest flank steak and fries. Local flank steak cooked to order and served with fingerling french fries, fresh herbs and garlic butter.

Good morning everybody and welcome to Friday. It’s gonna be a fun day around here with planes frying through the air all day and beautiful, delicious food being served. Come on out and see us this weekend for locally sourced, fresh baked and absolutely scrumptious food. Don’t forget we’re open for dinner Friday and Saturday night from 5 to 8. I can’t believe that the weekend has finally arrived, but was reminded by the flyovers today, that were incredible. I wanted to remind everybody that Saturday our young local entrepreneurs will be here with their lemonade stand outside, so if you would like to support them, that would be awesome. (Cash & Venmo) We will be open for dinner this weekend and every weekend from 5 to 8 & the dinner specials sound amazing. Enjoy your weekend and we hope to see everybody out for some amazing food!

Happy Thursday morning everybody! It is market day today and it is going to be an absolutely beautiful day. I haven’t posted for a few days as we have been quite busy. The dining room has been busy during service, we are always looking forward to weekend dinners, and the summer dinner is only a week away. Make sure if you don’t have your reservations that you call to do so, as spots are limited. There’s quite a bit of excitement around this delicious dinner and I personally can’t wait. We are looking forward to the airshow and all the energy it brings around here. We will be open normal hours as well as dinner from 5 to 8 on Friday and Saturday night. Really hope everybody has had a good week so far and we can’t wait to see your smiling faces. ( pictures of delicious food)

It’s Wednesday night and it’s time to let you in on the weekend dinner specials. Dinners have been going great. Everyone is so excited to hear about being open again for dinner on the weekends and we are putting out some amazing food. As always, the left side of the menu is served as well as a House-made pasta and a entrée special. Nick always makes a special dessert for the occasion and it’s always quite yummy. This week specials are below and I think I might have heard something about banana cream pie for dessert. Don’t hold me to that, but if I had anything to say about it, that’s what we’ll be having. If you haven’t come out to see us yet for dinner, come on out and see you soon.

Happy Monday evening everybody. Today was pretty darn busy and it absolutely started off a little rocky. We were down a pivotal Kitchen person today, but I have to say how impressed I am with the way the Kitchen staff pulled together and was able to carry out an extremely busy Monday service while managing to prepare for tomorrow and do enough prep to keep the fresh items coming. The Kitchen staff really always goes the extra mile to make sure that no one is disappointed by their visit. Come on out this weekend and have some amazing food made by this talented staff! Now, go put your feet up, relax and put this Monday to bed. (Beautiful Heirloom tomatoes)

Good Monday morning everybody. It is definitely already been a Monday, but we are going to power through the day with amazing food. Amazing food always fixes everything. We have a Peach Panzanella salad today: grilled chicken, local peach panzanella with sourdough croutons, spring onion, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a peach vinaigrette. We will also have a Housemade ricotta filled agnolotti pasta with a basil cream sauce, confit cherry tomatoes, topped with bread crumbs and served with our delicious garlic sourdough. We of course have Housemade quiche, heirloom Tartine and the granola fruit bowl, as well as all of our delicious favorites. Hope you have time to come on in and see us today to start your day off right and have an amazing week. Take care hope to see you soon.

As the weekend comes to a close, I would have to say that it was a pretty good one. We sold out of steak and eggs this weekend. We had a scrumptious brioche French toast. The baker was on fire with cheesecake coffee cakes, fresh fruit muffins, carrot cake muffins, lemon blueberry bread, cheddar biscuits, on the list goes on and on. We are so blessed to have so many dedicated employees out here that care about the food that they make for you and we are so glad you keep coming on out to eat it. It’s the last few weeks of summer coming up. Next weekend is the airshow and we will have a lemonade stand at The Diner. It is the city-wide lemonade stand day so we hope y’all come out and support that as well as enjoy a great meal . We really appreciate all of you and all you do for us and we wish you a good week.
