I’m looking for a business partner in Mac.

I don’t know how the end product will be sold - I’m thinking licensing or franchising… but I need an active, long-term partner who would be motivated to scale this opportunity, one step at a time over the next 20 years.

It took me five years to figure out the game, and when I got out, it was because I wasn’t going to be able to scale in the position I was in.

But now, I’ve sat in the corner for almost seven years, thinking about everything I’ve learned.

This will scale.

But I need an active partner to really grow, and stay sane.

-Live cooking (If I’m not personally available for your event, then an original Pancake Lounge team member will be scrambling your ‘cakes on the flat top griddle for you and your guests during your event.)

-Choice of 1 Meat
(Candied Bacon, Regular Bacon, Chorizo)
-Choice of 2 Homemade Jams

Think about a wedding…

Think about the best time to have scrambled pancakes fresh off the griddle with slices of candied bacon, fresh fruit and strawberry lemonade jam, or chorizo with a dollop of mango jalapeno jam, or just a squeeze of lemon and some shakes of powdered sugar, with a lil bourbon pear jam on the side…

Would you have scrambled pancakes during cocktail hour, as dessert, or as a late-night snack for the ones who are in for the long-haul?

How do you guys ask for reviews from your clients?

With Juice's Pancake Lounge it just happened naturally, but I have a hard time going back and asking wedding clients to take the time and go review me… it just seems cheesy to me…

From Memorial Day - that Monday at the end of May - to the second weekend of June, I don’t have anything booked yet…

I will be driving to Salt Lake City for Chelsea Ferrel’s wedding celebration, and Memorial Day Weekend ❤️

But, instead of driving straight back home to Oregon with all my stuff… does anyone need a DJ in Salt Lake City? Bend? Walla Walla? Boise? …Tahoe? ……Vegas?
