On Wednesdays, we eat pasta!
Tonight we have a fusilli pasta with a white wine cream sauce, caramelized leek and spring onion, our green garlic sausage, and parmigiano. Finished with lemon oil, lemon zest, micro greens, and a lemon wedge.
Come enjoy it with a glass of rose!
