Now this is Not your usual Coffee-n-Snack Situation. This is Ina's Indian Grill Situation!

Samosa Chaat paired with Turmeric Latte. 🔥
A seriously underrated pairing. 💛

Crispy samosas - Tangy chutneys. Cool, creamy yogurt. Layers of sweet, spicy & savory — followed by Warm. Creamy. Gently spiced Golden Milk from turmeric with that unmistakable Indian warmth in every sip.

You didn't even know you were missing it 😊

A hot bowl of something GOOD is here! 🥣

Our Lentil Soup is slow-cooked with warming Indian spices — hearty, comforting, and full of flavor without feeling heavy.

Simple ingredients. Big comfort. The kind of bowl you can make into a meal by adding Rice and Naan.

Nobody gets excited when they hear “mixed vegetables.” We understand 😊

Then India puts them in a masala. It’s colorful. It’s messy. It’s comforting.

This is the kind of vegetarian food that doesn’t need the word “vegetarian” to sell it.

If you usually skip past Mix Veg on an Indian menu…maybe don’t skip this one.

Daal Makhni isn’t Flashy.

It’s black lentils and red beans cooked slowly until they become thick and creamy!

In India, this isn’t the dish you order because you’re “trying to eat vegetarian.”

You order it because you WANT Daal Makhni.

Why do so many people start with Butter Chicken as their introduction to Indian food?

It’s familiar enough that you don’t have to think too hard.

Creamy tomato sauce, warm spices, tender chicken — and then Naan and Rice because leaving that SAUCE behind just seems wrong.

Was Butter Chicken your introduction to Indian food too?

Indians have had the tradition of warm Turmeric Milk with black pepper (to absorb turmeric) and honey, long before Golden Milk hit cafes.

It’s creamy, earthy and gently spiced…served hot or cold. But we normally have it for good night sleep 😊

Come try it 📍Ina’s Indian Grill - McMinnville

McMinnville… you’ve met the SAMOSA. But have you met what happens when we absolutely refuse to leave it alone? 👀🔥

We smash it.

Load it with chickpeas.

Hit it with chutneys, herbs, crunchies, sweet, tangy, spicy…

…and turn it into SAMOSA CHAAT. 🇮🇳

And then there’s its chaotic cousin:

PAKORA CHAAT.

Same Indian street-food idea. Completely different bite.

This is CHAAT — and if you’ve never tried it, here’s the important part:

It’s not a curry.
It’s not a salad.
It’s not quite a snack.

It’s crunchy + saucy + sweet + tangy + spicy all fighting for your attention at the same time.

And somehow… it works.

🥟 Beginner: Samosas + Mango Lassi
🔥 Curious: Samosa Chaat
😈 Ready to explore: Pakora Chaat

Come find out what else India has been hiding from you. 🇮🇳
