Just as the forecast predicted, we've officially hit over 100°F today – it's a scorcher! ☀️🔥
With the rising summer temperatures, sales of our TSUKEMEN (cold noodles served separately from the dipping broth) have more than doubled recently.

We’re re-sharing a video we filmed previously that shows how to fully enjoy Tsukemen.
While many Japanese customers are already pros, dipping and slurping the noodles together with the broth can be a bit tricky at first!

Friday, June 20th

The summer heat is finally upon us! Yesterday’s thunderstorm was intense—one of the street trees near our restaurant was completely uprooted. We hope everyone stayed safe.

Here at Santouka Tysons Corner, we’ve just received exciting news: Suzuki Farm in Delaware will soon begin harvesting traditional Japanese summer vegetables! Head Chef Yoshi is already working on some refreshing new appetizer ideas using these seasonal ingredients—perfect for days when the summer heat takes away your appetite.
