Happy Monday! 💛 Here’s what’s happening this week...

🤍 Brioche Week is back! Pre-orders close Tuesday at 12PM for Saturday pickup. We’ll also have a few loaves in the bakery Saturday morning... if you come early enough. 😜

🍪 Ultimate Ginger Spice Cookies are still in the pastry case through August 2.

🥪 No breakfast sandwiches Tuesday–Friday this week, but we’ve still got plenty of savory favorites waiting for you.

🍕 Pizza by the slice is available Tuesday–Saturday starting at 10:30A, and we’ll be back at both Saturday farmers markets this weekend!

Weekly pre-orders are live for McKinney, Dallas, and Coppell.

Fresh out of the oven never gets old. 💛

Slow Sunday mornings, warm pastries, fresh sourdough, and a good cup of coffee… we can’t think of a much better way to spend the day.

Market friends… this one’s for you. 🍕

We know so many of y’all have been wanting to try our New York-style sourdough pizza, and since we won’t be at the Coppell or St. Michael’s Farmers Markets this Saturday, this is the perfect weekend to come see us in McKinney instead!!

We’ll sure miss seeing y’all at the markets, but we’d love to have you at the bakery 🥰🥰🥰

Warm pastries + ice collllld drinks, New York-style sourdough pizza starting at 10:30A (Friday & Saturday), and our new house-made lavender syrup in an iced latte or matcha. 😍

Bakery hours:

Friday: 7A–3P (Pizza starts at 10:30A)

Sunday: 7A–3P (No pizza.)

A few updates from the bakery this week…

❤️🤍💙 Thank you! What a fun week. Thank you for every preorder, every pie slice, and every visit. We loved being part of your 4th of July celebrations and hope your weekend was full of good food and making memories with the people you love.

🍪 The Ultimate Ginger Spice Cookie is back! Calling all ginger lovers… you’ll find it in the pastry case starting Tuesday through August 2.

👋 No Saturday markets this week. We’ll miss seeing all of our market friends, but we’ll be at the McKinney bakery Tuesday–Sunday and would love to see you there.

While most of McKinney is still asleep tomorrow morning, our bake team will already have the ovens going!! Bless them 🥲

It’s supposed to be brutally hot tomorrow. 🥵 We’ve been adding our housemade lavender syrup to iced matchas lately and it’s hitting home. Summer in a cup and the prettiest shade of green 😍

We make our lavender syrup by steeping dried lavender buds into simple syrup, and it’s delicious added to an espresso or matcha latte. In case you were wondering 😉
