Meet The Dolly 🌟

Dolly Parton has been an inspiration to me for as long as I can remember. Her light shone so brightly, and so authentically, that you'll find her image around The Stix - because if Dolly Parton had ever visited McKinney, I truly believe she'd have fallen in love with everything we're building here.

So we're introducing The Dolly - a new drink on our menu, a playful spin on a Sarti Spritz with proceeds benefiting the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. It’s equal parts sweet, punchy and perfectly pink.

Kate Lacroix captured it most brilliantly in her tribute today:

"Dolly had more money than most but, true to form, she chose to vacation in the hills of Tennessee, close to the roots of her humble beginnings. She eschewed hotels in favor of her trailer with a custom fridge that held her favorite southern dishes that she would heat, eat, and reheat until they were gone. Her motion sickness (and high heels) kept her from most outdoor pursuits but instead she retreated into books, turning thousands of pages a month to absorb her favorite genres of history, biography, and classic literature...books not available in her impoverished youth."

It’s crazy to think that someone who energized modern culture choose a life so still. But that's the thing about Dolly. She showed us there's no one right way to live, or to rest, or to give back or to LOVE. She just did it her way, every time.

I will indeed always love you and vow to keep your light, your spirit and your generosity alive. 💜 Rae

If you've met our amazing team member, Chicago, you've maybe seen Theo hanging out with him - literally. Chicago has been hoping to broaden Theo’s horizons 🤣🙊 so our incredible regulars, The Goodmans, took him on their summer trip to Florida!🐊🌊☀️
