Who has had an Italian Cheesecake❓️

Growing up, Cheesecake for us was made with Ricotta. My Mom and I made these with Nonna all the time. For weekend get togethers to big family holidays. We made these so many different ways and in so many flavors from classic style to elaborate and complex. I have a few favorites that I can't wait to share with you guys, but I want to see how many of you would also be interested in trying it.
