We’ve used the same recipe since the day we opened, and we don’t plan on changing it anytime soon.

Our Sicilian crust is made in-house, proofed, and risen overnight to give it that perfect balance. Fresh flavor, a crisp crunch, and a light, fluffy bite every time.
