Sometimes a review is just a few sentences typed on a phone, but there are real people on the other side of those words. ❤️ Today, we’re asking our Toast & Roast community for a favor:

Your review helps our small business more than you probably realize and RIGHT NOW, our team could really use the encouragement. Lately, we've watched something happen that is incredibly difficult for a small business: one unhappy moment can become a public review almost instantly, while hundreds of happy moments quietly walk out our door without ever being written about. We absolutely want to hear when we get something wrong. Tell us. We want to improve so please give us the opportunity to fix it, learn from it, and do better. We care!!! But please remember that behind this little family owned and operated coffee shop are real human beings and there are employees who get up and come to work hoping to make someone's morning better. There are people learning, growing and occasionally making mistakes. There are people who smile brighter when you compliment their latte, their breakfast, or their service...and those same people sometimes read the comments written about them.
