WEDDING CAKE WEDNESDAY!

There are no rules in wedding cake design! We say “get what you want”! This is a throwback photo from a couple of years ago. It is a 4 tiered strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream. We used beautiful fresh flowers from top to bottom to finish the look! Pretty!

This sweet Frozen themed cake made us ache for colder weather! Hopefully it’s in its way soon! If you look close you can see a little pink and purple mixed with the light blue. We piped the snowflakes and added silver pearls and some tiny white pearls and sugar for accent.

❄️ Come on colder weather ❄️

GOOD MONDAY MORNING!

The simplicity of the piping on this cake was just enough to be eye catching! Our customer wanted lavender bows so we added those at the peak of each buttercream swag.

So pretty!

🎀 🎣 This was a fun gender reveal cake. The theme was Bobbers or Bows! We decorated this cake with pretty pink buttercream swags and pink satin bows then added some “water swags” with bobbers to finish it off. So Cute! 🎣 🎀

Awwwwww…. SESAME STREET! Brings back all of the memories of childhood! We are so glad to see that kiddos still watch it enough to want a party theme based on these timeless characters!

We love Big Bird, Elmo, and of course Cookie Monster. Who was your favorite character?

Personally, I liked Oscar the Grouch and The Count!

This was a new one for us! Our customer requested a black cake with a Death’s-head hawk moth (I have never heard of that… but kind of cool if you look it up). We started with a chocolate buttercream, which makes the black buttercream actually taste good then took an edible image of the moth and highlighted it with gold edible paint.
We also painted the edge with gold, too!
