PAHULU'S 2021-2025 🌺💀🌺
We closed our window for the last time in our Big Red Truck last night.
Although Pahulu's is now done and closed, we can live with it forever in nostalgia, together.

We are very proud of what we accomplished in our truck. It has been one of the most fun, heartwarming experiences of our lives.
We met so many beautiful people and saw so many happy places.

We NEVER ONCE failed.
We NEVER ONCE did anything half assed.
We NEVER ONCE served premade food from a freezer.
We ALWAYS came out on top, despite the thousands of challenges.
We rolled until the wheels fell off.
We won.

We just have to move on, in life, from our Big Red Wagon of hope.

This little business/idea has made us grow in ways we didn't know we needed to. We will love each and every one of you forever for giving us a shot and eating our outrageous menu items. We served thousands of people food we handmade with our twenty fingers.

Tearfully, thank you everyone.
We loved this s**t, and we love you.

We only sold this little DEVIL one time in 2023, but we have had dreams of it's hotdog juices ever since. THIS IS, TRULY, A BEAST.

From the mind of Pahulu's own "Dave-O", to your mouths, we will be offering this badass sammy during the 20th annual Pondstock.

This was one of the menu items on our original menu back in September of 2021, and it still tastes better than ever. 🤘

-Hand cut chicken, hand made marinade.
-Our original Mango Salsa.
-On a toasted hoagie.

This son of a b*tch brings it. 🤤
It wouldn't be one of our all time most asked about sandwiches if it didn't.

Been a long time of having our little get together on the land that Rick I Hedke bought and allowed us to follow our vision. The 20th annual is quite a milestone. From car trailers and a bonfire pit in 2006 to building a stage in 2008. Been a lot of lessons and a lot of people along the way that have impacted us. So many people coming together to build this and nurture this gathering to make it into the beautiful community that it has become. This is a tribute...

This year we will also be flame grilling each individual thigh, pumping that sacred smoke all throughout those sacred grounds of Pondstock.

Our menu for Pondstock at Lake Hedke this week!!!

Two different types of tacos, one for each day.
Jamaican Jerk Tacos on Friday June 7th ⚡

Egg Roll Tacos Saturday June 8th ⚡

We will open at 3pm both Friday and Saturday and serve until we sell out or the bugs infiltrate and shut us down.

Usually when the sun starts to go down at Pondstock, the June bugs want to hang out with us in the truck, and for food safety, we stop serving at that time.

Lastly, we sadly can only accept cash, not cards at Pondstock, if you've been there, you know that the Internet does not exist in the field. Sorry for any inconvenience that causes. BUT! If you have a magic trick or a really good dance number, we will accept that as payment as well.
