Good Evening Joel’s Concessions Family!

I have a beautiful story to share!

The picture below has never been shared to the public, simply because it was a personal achievement I used to motivate myself. It’s a snapshot of my best sales day ever, with my food trailer business, from October 9th 2021.

$1,600 in 9 Hours! - $1,300 PROFIT 🤑
I was running out of lemons & running out of dollar bills for change…..Thanks to my Uncle & Family for coming in clutch acquiring more product from local stores.

I told my dad early that morning that day, that I would make $1,000 which already set the bar high, and I completely crushed it. I was speaking it into existence!

Now understand, this is not me “flexing” or bragging about money. There’s tons of ways to make money, but are you happy? And enjoying it? I strongly believe God gives ALL OF US passions, dreams, talent, and skill. You need to figure out what those are for you, because everyone is different, and then prioritize it!

I’ve used my gifts that God has given me, and it’s brought me major happiness and success! I hope my story today brings you inspiration and motivation to pursue your dreams as well! ❤️

Good Evening Folks…..

First off we wanna give major thanks to Roseville Octoberfest, The Morgan County Fair, 209 Food Truck Alley, Pike Home and School Fundraising Events, Old Bridge Brewing Company, Kick-N-Ax, and many others who welcomed us during the 2021 & 2022 Seasons.

This year my priorities and focus drifted away from this food trailer. Many days I spent lots of time, money, and energy, but those days did not always return with great reward. I had to personally make an important decision and I had chose to sell the trailer. After many months of talks with potential buyers, we have officially been bought out by The Crazy Cucumber. I’m super happy for them, and I hope this trailer provides their business with major success in the near future.

Lastly, thanks to all our customers. Happy Customers are Repeat Customers and Repeat Customers pay the bills. Thankful for the learning experiences and many great fellow food vendors who lended a helping hand and gave me quality advice. To the Facebook Followers, thanks for following the journey. As of November 13th, 2023 “Joel’s Concessions” is no longer in business - until further notice.

Well that’s a wrap for our 2nd year at the Morgan County Fair, we tripled our sales from last year, so improving and expanding the menu has definitely paid off….we appreciate all the love and local support!!! ❤️
