I am so proud of you!! Love ya!
Two years ago we moved away from our hometown. Away from family and all we had ever known. With that came new fabulous food sources, but also lots of stress and reasons for me to make poor choices when it came to my health and nutrition. I had been an avid CrossFit participant and jogger for a few years so I was able to somewhat “hide” poor food choices. Fast forward to our new area where getting my workouts in was not always guaranteed. Compounded by poorer food choices sent me down a quick and narrow road to poor health. Then the pandemic hit and so many things evolved from that. By 2021, I certainly didn’t recognize myself anymore. No longer exercising and completely given over to mindless eating, I was miserable with myself. You see, our genetics will catch up to us, despite our best intentions. My best friend, FOOD, had now become my worst enemy. She had brought some new friends along to play that I had so long banished from my circle- high blood pressure, pre diabetes, and high cholesterol.
I began seeing and hearing some of my friends share their stories of health and nutrition and how they too had lost hope and most importantly what they had gained through a community of support with their health coach guiding them and helping them establish goals and boundaries. It took a couple of months for me to decide that I too could do this, but am I ever so glad I did! This past 2 months I have not only lost 15 pounds, but I have gained back my self confidence, my energy & mental clarity, my motivation, and ability to take care of my nutritional needs in a healthy way that makes me feel full and satisfied. I have decided to become a Health Coach with this program I feel so strongly about. I would love to help you create goals and help you reach a better state of health for yourself! It is so easy!
