Because Mondays already ask enough of you. Why go home and dread the start of the week when you could grab a cold drink, snag a FREE slice of pie, and watch some football from the comfort of your local bar?

Beside The Mill is looking for a reliable, friendly, responsible bartender to join our crew two nights a week! We will train.

We’re looking for someone who:
Can make a great drink and provide great service
Is dependable and shows up ready to work
Can handle closing duties and leave the bar ready for the next day

This is a part-time, two-night-a-week position, making it a great fit for someone looking for a little extra income.

Are you a cook who can handle a hot grill, a busy kitchen, and approximately 12 people asking, “How long on that?” at the same time?

Then we might need YOU!

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A WEEKEND COOK!

We need someone dependable, hardworking, team-oriented, and ready to jump into the beautiful chaos that is our restaurant kitchen.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Reliable and responsible
✔️ Can keep your cool when the tickets start flying
✔️ Works well with a team
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Takes pride in clean work and good food
✔️ Kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Cooking and preparing menu items to The Mill’s standards
• Working alongside our kitchen crew during busy service
• Keeping your station clean and organized
• Food prep and kitchen duties
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Helping keep the kitchen running smoothly when things get spicy

We work hard, we move fast, and yes… sometimes the kitchen gets a little wild. But we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of our awesome team!
