Here me out out here- great customer service, making peoples day better and serving people well without judgement..... doesn't just happen, it takes WORK and intention!

You can ask the people closest to me and they probably see me at my worst, I've got a killer RBF, the best eye roll and I'm probably the most easily annoyed person but I know, but when I'm serving customers they aren't going to see that amd thats not me being fake, its just me being kind- because it's about them and their day and how they leave feeling our coffee shop and I can choose to be a jerk or I can make them feel seen and loved and special and leave with a really great drink!

Choose how you want to make people feel, especially if you're in customer service, it matters.
