Holy cow! The Brinks Family Creamery does it all! From fresh bottled milk and cheese curds all the way to homegrown Holstein Wagyu beef.​

The fourth-generation, 350-acre family farm & creamery located in McBain is home to 115 milking cows and 130 beef cows. ​

Brinks Family Creamery produces 700 gallons of milk per week, and with the help of an MDARD Value-Added Grant, they were able to add a new milk separator to their operation. Now they can produce additional dairy items such as heavy cream and 2% milk. ​

“We’re now working on producing an even wider variety of dairy products thanks to the separator we purchased with the money from MDARD’s grant program,” said Amberly Mejia, a fourth-generation Brinks family farmer.
