We have our Smoked Chicken Shoyu - Savory smoked chicken broth, kimchi, corn, green onion, ajitama and smoked chicken thigh. We’ve sold out of this bowl twice already and it’s becoming our top selling bowl.

Seafood Wonton and Brisket Udon Soup - our Smokey Dashi Broth, fresh shrimp and pork wontons, brisket bits, picked red onion, green onion and udon noodles!!! This bowl hits hard! We have many new items on our menu make sure to come check them all out!!

We are open til 9pm today! Come get yo slurp on!!

Thank you RGV for a completely sold out weekend! Unfortunately we are still catching up with production since all of our food is made from scratch. So we will be opening at 2pm on Tuesday 01/27 as we let things marinate, smoke, ferment and absorb all our flavors. We will have fresh noodles as well! After a intense weekend of multiple sold out days we are back and stocked and ready to serve you. We have a whole new menu section coming soon. We are keeping our current menu, and adding a whole new section from sushi, desserts and smoked meats. Mostly our most popular items from our pop up events. Smoked beef birria will be back this weekend, rice bowls are coming back, our famous Bahn Mi sandwiches and many other great items! You may get lucky and get some free samples when you dine in this week with us.
