Born in the south pole of Texas, McAllen, started as a small food truck servicing mostly local consumers, that have been the core of our restaurant. Within a year, we were able to expand into a bigger more solid space at La Plaza Mall, where we have been able to consolidate as a locally known food joint, that provides a new and innovative way to serve food. Today, we have more than four locations across the state, proudly serving thousands of Texans every day.
