Base Camp Base Camp is what I would call a stationary food truck and community gathering place. It's intended to be a local, comfortable place to go.

Time to get your veggie fix!

Base Camp will be open Thursday from 11-1:30. Enjoy squash lasagna ($7), squash bisque ($4), and beet salad ($5)

Fresh batch of bread pudding is in the oven. I cleaned off my shelves and put toasted coconut, pecans, and cinnamon chips. Rum sauce and ice cream make it complete ($5). Great to share with a friend!

Frozen soups - lentil, Moroccan stew, potato/bacon/cheese, and Pasta Fagoli ($7 each)

Cookie selection - lemon snap, oatmeal scotcheroos, coconut - $1 each - 4/$3.

Base Camp will be open Thursday night from 5-7:30.

Enjoy beet salad - served with onions, spiced walnuts, feta, carrots, and house dressing - $5

or
Caprese salad - garden fresh tomatoes, with mozzarella slices, basil, balsamic reduction - $5

The best for last - fresh apple crisp with our new ice cream flavor - Cr**apply - a delicious blend of caramel apple flavors - $5

Lots of cookies - fresh coconut, frozen lemon snap and oatmeal scotchies (requested by one of my customers) - $1 each. Call ahead and I will take them out of the freezer for you.

Scoops of ice cream - cone or dish- $ 3; root beer floats -$5

Enjoy a gyro bowl (rice, gyro meat, artichokes, olives, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus, pita bread, pickled onions, tzatziki sauce - definitely a full meal - $9

or
the seasonal BLT - $7 add some sweet corn - $2

Frozen soups - Lentil, Moroccan stew, Bean with ham, potato/bacon/corn or pasta fagoli - $8 each

Lemon snap cookies - $1 each, perfect way to finish the meal.

Base Camp will be open and nice and cool Thursday night!

We have some wonderful peach cobbler that my granddaughter and I just finished making. We will have it nice and warm for you - topped with ice cream, perfect dessert!

We will also have rootbeer floats and lots of Chocolate Shoppe Ice cream. Frozen soups - lentil, Moroccan stew, Navy bean and ham, corn/potato/bacon.
