Maybe you’ve heard of it… maybe you haven’t.

An Oklahoma Onion burger.

We take yellow onions, slice them paper thin, and smash them right into an all-beef patty on a hot grill. As it cooks, the onions and beef caramelize together into something that’s hard to explain unless you’ve had it.

We melt a slice of hickory smoked cheese to it because we’re cheesy like that.

Topped with mustard and pickles on a steamed bun.

No gimmicks. Just a dang good burger.
