I posted this 30 min ago and already received 30 comments soooo next Wednesday it is!!!!! Butter chicken, basmati rice, garlic naan!!!

So if we were to run a butter chicken special with house made naan how interested would y’all be!?

This dish originates from India and actually was invented in Delhi in the 1947–1950s by Chefs Kundan Lal Gujral and Kundan Lal Jaggi at the Moti Mahal restaurant.

We are all are fully aware I’m a white girl however there is nothing much more comforting than butter chicken in my opinion at least. If y’all would be interested I’d love to share my take on one of my absolute favorite dishes in the 🌏

I make this dish or I used to once a week before owning Cast Iron. Here’s a pic I sent to Devin one evening of our dinner.
