Approaching 15 years with the Piccolo family! He and chef/owner Chris Licht started together from day one.

This business is rough. It can eat you up and spit you out (literally 🤣), but through all that daily grind, Eric shows up, works hard, works fast, and gets the job done. Even with 40 tickets at a time hanging on the line, Eric stays calm and slings out amazing dishes in record time.
