For the past 15 years, we have developed our herd and take great pride in the local and humanly raised beef we make available to you, here at High Steaks. We both have deep roots in the Mauston community and could not be more excited about being business owners in our hometown! If you didnโt already know, we also own and operate along with our children Hollow Point Angus, just outside of Mauston. The family farm started many moons ago, with a small-scale dairy herd. In 2008 a decision was made to transition the dairy herd over to beef. For the past 15 years there has been a lot of hard work, long days, and many sacrifices made to build our herd to what it is today. We take great pride in the cattle we have, their genetics, and the beef we make available to all of you!
