Jolly Jeep

06/12/2026

To our amazing Jolly Jeep community,

First, we want to say a massive THANK YOU for all the love, support, and messages we’ve received recently. Seeing how much you miss our food means the world to us!

We wanted to share an update on where things stand. We have recently taken on some exciting new professional opportunities outside of the food truck, which means our focus and schedules have shifted. Because of this, Jolly Jeep will remain closed for the rest of the year.

Right now, we’re taking a step back to focus on these new chapters, and we aren't quite sure what the long-term future holds for the truck.

We are so incredibly grateful for the memories, the laughs, and the appetite you all brought to the window. For now, we are pausing operations, but we will be sure to update you right here if anything changes down the road.

Thank you for understanding and for being the best part of Jolly Jeep! 🇵🇭❤️

Happy Thursday!
We are dedicating this post to Lumpiang Shanghai - Our signature hand-rolled Filipino spring rolls, packed with seasoned ground pork, minced vegetables, and aromatics. Deep-fried until shatter-crisp and served with a side of sweet chili dipping sauce. The ultimate Filipino comfort snack!
FUN FACT: We take the extra step of grinding our own pork. It’s the only way to guarantee the freshness and high standards you’ve come to expect from us. No shortcuts—just real food made right.
Find out what sets our lumpia apart. See us this weekend, we look forward to serving you!
