Flatbread Night at Bayou Bernie’s was a grand slam again! Smoked Gouda cheese topped with Full Moon BBQ’s white sauce was the base. Hickory smoked bacon, thin sliced fried potatoes and brine smoked chicken breast topped with a fresh Italian seasoning then all topped with a cheddar cheese blend is all it took. Too bad I had to share with Cayenne Diane! Could have eaten the whole thing!! ✌️
